Seeds Mindfulness

In our rushing world, we often find ourselves reacting automatically. Overwhelmed by our thoughts and our busyness. Too distracted to notice much of what is happening inside or around us. We can lose sight of the simple things that make us happy.

Mindfulness helps us find new ways to manage these common life patterns and stressors.

Seeds are mindfulness teachers trained at Bangor University. At Seeds we use mindfulness to help us stay in the present moment, enhance our creativity, and build true and lasting collaborative relationships that help us flourish.

We deliver mindfulness based training programmes. We do this with individuals, groups and workplaces. We offer 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy courses. We also offer short taster sessions, workshops and full day retreats and can adapt programmes to fit your needs.
